As a reliable partner, we buy your logs at fair conditions. We secure the best possible price for your timber by moulding it correctly. We rely on long-term partnerships with our suppliers and offer a flexible purchase of logs in various thickness classes for most domestic wood species. Mixed deliveries of various types of softwood and, in some cases, hardwood are also possible.
Beating and moulding
Ideally, you should contact us before logging, as the correct shaping of the logs can bring you hard cash: It enables us to pay higher prices and thus increase the added value for you as a forest owner. It makes no difference to us whether you carry out the logging yourself or outsource it. We are happy to support you with professional felling by organising one of our partner companies. We also produce special assortments in various lengths and pay attractive premiums for this. After contacting us, you will receive our detailed moulding list.
Strong wood
Our wood has a story to tell: The thicker the tree, the bigger the story. While many sawmills shy away from thick timber, we welcome it - including premiums if it is shaped correctly. Our powerful band saw processes thick logs up to a trunk diameter of 1.40 metres without any problems. We also accept smaller diameters.
Wood types & mixed deliveries
We have set ourselves the goal of finding the optimum utilisation for every tree trunk: Either in our own sawmill or at one of our specialised partner companies. Mixed delivery of softwood and certain types of hardwood is possible by arrangement.
Damaged wood and beetle wood
Climate change is putting a heavy strain on our local forests. Damage caused by storms and bark beetles is unfortunately increasing all the time. We support you in this challenging situation and stand by your side as a reliable partner. If properly organised, we can pay better prices for damaged timber.
